Terms & Conditions — ari03 Platform Rules and User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the ari03 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the ari03 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

ari03 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication to the Platform. Continued use of ari03 following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where a material change affects active promotional offers or account balances, ari03 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Members via the email address registered to their Account.

To register and maintain an active Account on ari03, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
2. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, other than Indonesia, where ari03 operates under applicable international licensing.
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of ari03 or its affiliated entities.
6. You must not have been previously excluded from the ari03 platform via a self-exclusion request that remains active.

ari03 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility from any Member at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility criteria are not satisfied.

Each eligible person may register one and only one Account on the ari03 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
• A valid, active email address to which you have exclusive access
• Your date of birth
• Your country and city of residence (Indonesia — e.g., Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Bali)
• A secure password of your own choosing

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity occurring under your Account. ari03 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact ari03 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

ari03 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests or granting full account privileges. The KYC process is designed to protect both the Member and the integrity of the platform.

As part of KYC verification, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo ID
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your registered residential address, dated within the past three months
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used to deposit funds (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA)

KYC documents must be legible, unedited, and submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format via the ari03 account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. ari03 targets a review turnaround of 1–3 business days (WIB), though complex cases may require additional time.

All financial transactions on ari03 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ari03 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though third-party bank or e-wallet fees may apply depending on your financial institution.

ari03 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds. Any applicable thresholds will be communicated to the Member via their registered Account.

ari03 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, VIP rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible Members. The issuance of any bonus does not constitute a right to that bonus; ari03 retains the right to modify, restrict, or withdraw promotional offers at any time.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses issued on ari03:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games on the ari03 Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, live casino wagers, slot spins, and togel draws may carry different contribution percentages, which are detailed at the time of bonus issuance.
3. Expiry: Bonuses and any associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a Member's Account at any given time.
5. Abuse Prevention: ari03 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a Member has exploited promotional terms in bad faith. This includes, but is not limited to, matched betting, bonus harvesting, and the creation of multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses.

All wagers placed on the ari03 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game type or betting market. Members are responsible for reviewing the applicable rules before placing any wager. Specific game rules are accessible from within each game interface on the Platform.

The following general betting rules apply across all ari03 wagering products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ari03 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except in cases of a verified technical error on the part of the Platform.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting the outcome of a game or bet (e.g., server interruption during a live casino hand), ari03's dispute resolution team will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include settling at the state of the game at the time of failure or voiding the affected bet.
• ari03 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any wager at its discretion, including where it suspects unusual betting patterns, potential match-fixing, or abuse of pricing errors.
• Odds and prices are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the final settled odds.
• For football betting markets (including bandar bola — operator-hosted football wagering formats — and mix parlay accumulator tickets), results are determined based on the official full-time result as reported by the relevant governing body (e.g., BRI Liga 1, FIFA, UEFA). Extra time and penalties are not included in standard 90-minute markets unless otherwise stated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ari03 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where any of the following is detected, ari03 may suspend or permanently close the relevant Account, void any associated wagers or bonus balances, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation:

• Operating more than one registered Account (duplicate accounts)
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in your favour and failing to report them
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or any strategy specifically designed to circumvent bonus terms
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using ari03 for money laundering purposes
• Attempting to access, alter, or disrupt the ari03 Platform's code, databases, or infrastructure
• Sharing Account credentials with another person or allowing another person to operate your Account
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction

All content on the ari03 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface design, logos, icons, images, software, game content, and the ari03 brand name and mark — is the exclusive intellectual property of ari03 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ari03 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ari03 content
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on ari03 content
• Use the ari03 brand name, logo, or trademarks for any commercial or promotional purpose without express written consent
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the ari03 Platform

Any unauthorised use of ari03 intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability and will result in immediate termination of the Member's licence to use the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ari03, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the ari03 Platform
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising in connection with the Platform or these Terms
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party network failures, or circumstances beyond ari03's reasonable control
• Errors in odds, prices, or game results that were caused by technical malfunction, and which ari03 has corrected in accordance with its standard dispute resolution procedure
• Unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ari03's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. ari03's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ari03 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at https://ari03.cam/privacy-policy.

By registering on ari03, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of your data to:

• Verify your identity and process financial transactions
• Administer your Account and provide customer support
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money laundering requirements
• Improve Platform features, detect fraud, and maintain security
• Send you promotional communications where you have consented to receive them

ari03 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers acting on ari03's behalf, where required by law, or where you have given explicit consent. You retain the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements, by contacting [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to internationally-licensed online gaming operations, as determined by the jurisdiction under which ari03 holds its operating licence.

ari03 acknowledges that its primary user base consists of Indonesian residents and is committed to providing dispute resolution procedures that are accessible and fair to players located in Indonesia, including those in Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Palembang, and Makassar.

No class action, collective claim, or representative proceeding may be brought against ari03 by or on behalf of any group of Members. All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis.
